following position:
IT Helpdesk Intern
Main Responsibilities:
- Receive and record issues from all departments and branches.
- Immediately response to issuers if issues need to be resolved urgently or need more information.
- Resolve and follow-up issues in IT department efficiency.
- Manage all information related to incoming call/email/e-system issues and identity the priority.
- All issues need to record into Helpdesk system for further action and follow-up.
- Prepare daily report to all unit Managers, Deputy/Head IT Department, CIO and update their feedback/update issue status into system.
- Prepare monthly summary report for update in IT monthly meeting.
- Follow-up issues with all stakeholders at least 2 times per day and update.
- Able to resolve simple/operational issues and technical issues contact to IT technical units to resolve issue.
- Maintain Change Request document and maintain master backup of in-house system such as CMS, Fixed Asset, E-system… etc.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- A university student in Information Technology or related fields.
- Knowledge of: Microsoft Access, Microsoft SQL, Oracle, MYSQL etc…
- Knowledge of PC/Network, HW, SW, WAN/LAN, FTP/VPN, internet, email.
- Good communication skills: ability to effectively communicate among staff and supervisor.
- Good in English: speaking and writing.
- Ability to work under pressure.
