Is there a loan by putting vehicle identification card as collateral?

Please be informed that you can borrow up to 75% of the market value of your car / motorcycle (HONDA brand) and tricycle.

* Note: For vehicle identification cards (only Motorbike-brand Honda), ownership of other person can be used as collateral, but the loan is offered only 60% of market price of motorbike.
